New Business: The ETC. Shoppe II

Another unique shoppe opened in downtown Henderson, KY. You will find ”The ETC. Shoppe II” located at 115 First Street in Henderson.

Formerly ETC. I was located in Dixon, Ky. Owner Christy Anglin opened The ETC. Shoppe II on December 1, 2010 in downtown Henderson, KY. The ETC. Shoppe II is a unique shop carrying a variety of new and consigned art, jewelry, clothing, furniture and more.

The ETC. Shoppe II is open Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 6:00pm. They will accept consignment Wednesday – Saturday during normal business hours. All consigned clothing must be laundered and drycleaned and it must be in season.

The Downtown Henderson Project would like to welcome Lucia Soaps Etc. LLC to Downtown Henderson.

Lucia Soaps Etc. LLC is a store where you can find a variety of handcrafted luxury soaps and skin care products all hand-made by Lucia Felty.

Lucia Felty always knew she had a love for making soap. Lucia, remembered her grandmother always having homemade lye soap by her kitchen and bathroom sinks. The odd-shaped chunk of soap with the unusual smell fascinated her. So in 2003 when Lucia’s friend Becky asked her to help her make soap she happily agreed. Lucia began studying soap making and by 2007 Lucia’s hobby became a business.

Lucia is a member of Handcrafted Soapmakers Guild, a Certified Advanced Soapmaker, and a Juried Participant in Kentucky Crafter Arts Program.

Stop in and welcome Lucia Felty and her new shop Lucia Soaps Etc. LLC located on 115 First St. Lucia’s store hours are Wednesday - Friday 11:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Happy Anniversary Studio K Photography. Studio K Photography is celebrating 20 years of service 16 years of service in Downtown Henderson.

Studio K Photography started off as a 1 hour photo print shop and throughout the years owner Ludie Kirkpatrick has grown her business significantly. She not only can still develop or restore your photos she also has a studio of her own where she can capture your most memorable moments. Ludie also works with other photographers in the area to develop their photos.
