DHP Summer Concert Series

The 2009 Summer Concert Series began Friday, June 26th and continued each Friday evening until July 31, 2009. The concerts were held in Audubon Mill Park, located on the riverfront from 7:00 P.M till 9:00 P.M. The concert series is made possible by the sponsorships of area businesses, as well as Independence Bank, The City of Henderson, Henderson County Tourist Commission and media sponsors 14 WFIE, The Gleaner and WSON Radio.
The 2009 summer concert line-up included:
- June 26 - Highway 41. Sponsored by Vaughn Insurance Agency Company-Your Trusted Choice Agent, Home Oil and Gas, US Bank.
- July 4 - Independence Bank 4th of July Celebration. Fireworks sponsored by Independence Bank, Musical Entertainment sponsored by Benton-Glunt, Tapp and Roselawn, Wolf's Restaurant and Banquet Center and State Farm Insurance Agents, Anne Thrasher Boyd, Al Baity, Steve Tweddell and Paul Wilson.
- July 10 - Andrea and the Rockers. Sponsored by The Bank of Henderson, and Pittsburg Tank & Tower
- July 17 - The Vocalystics and The Haire Family. Sponsored by Herb McKee and Dunaway's Imperial Pharamcy
- July 24 - Adam Blythe and Andy Norvell. Sponsored by Fence Pro, Latta Insurance Inc.-Your Trusted Choice Agent, and Old National Bank.
- July 31- Blend A cappella Quartett. Sponsored by Precision Cooling Towers, Homecrafters Paint and Glass and Weaver, Dalton & Associates Branch of Ameriprise Financial.
