Community Yard Sale & Flea Market Registration

The 5th Annual Community Yard Sale and Flea Market is scheduled for Saturday, September 25th. The yard sale will be held in Central Park in downtown Henderson, Kentucky from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m

This year booth space prices are based on prime location. The booth spaces closest to the main flow of traffic are considered prime locations. Below is the breakdown of prices per booth:

  • 15x20 Yard Sale Booth - Curbside - $50, $40, or $30, depending on location.
  • 15x20 Flea Market Booth - $50 ea. - Interior of Park (business license required).
  • 15x20 Flea Market Booth with electricity - $60 ea. - Interior of Park

Flea market booths that have a valid business license (required by the City of Henderson) can be located inside Central Park. Yard sale booths DO NOT require a business license but must be located around outside Central Park on the street. If you are a Flea Market vendor you may choose to be on the street and pay accordingly. Only the interior booths will have electrical service.

Space is limited, so to ensure you have a reserved booth, payment is strongly encouraged when you submit your registration form.

Booth space will be assigned from 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24th. We will not be able to assign booth space before 5:00 p.m. because the streets will not be closed until 5:00 p.m. There will not be a rain date and no refunds unless DHP has to cancel the event due to bad weather in Henderson.

Breakfast and lunch concessions will be available in the park that day.
